Payments are automatically processed each month (or year) from your PayPal account, and after each payment, you can download your proforma invoice from your console.

You can cancel your billing plan at any time from your PayPal account (Account settings -> Website payments -> My automatic payments), and PayPal offers Buyer's Protection.
Change in the mean of payment
Under a given PayPal account, you can change the payment method.

Do I need a PayPal account in order to subscribre?
Although PayPal has opened up the possibility to subscribe with direct card payment (without a PayPal account), we strongly encourage you to pay through a PayPal account in order to change your payment method at any time easily.
If you credit card is not accepted by Paypal, you will have to open up a Paypal account, and transfer funds from a bank account or from another Paypal account.
